Designed and Developed a tool to manage the KPI data related to education management and an environment to design customized Xcelsius dashboards.It can track Calendar based data, project based data, User management data which is input for overall dashboard creation.

The Main Features of the Tool

1.    Creation of Projects  -- A project can be created for a Institute/School/Corporate/Hospital etc

• A predefined template can be assigned to a project.
• Creation of new templates which can be assigned to a new/existing project.
• Facility to create Project Status Report.

2.    Easy Creation and Maintenance of Yearly records of a School/Institute/corporate/Hospitals projects data using a single window itself.

• Data can be entered by Category.
• Data can be entered by Time Period.
• Facility to Manage Screen by creating different categories and assigning projects to particular category.

• Listing of all dashboards and facility to show them in the Panel.
• Dashboards can be custom developed using Flex or can be made using a tool like Xcelisus.

4.    User Management

• Entire User management and work to use the system.
• Admin can create his own set of Menus.
• Inbuilt user help is created.

Technology Used to create the Tool

1. Interactive form based GUI developed in PHP/MySQL as well as PHP/MS SQL.
2. Data can be consumed by Xcelsius or any other Dashboarding source.
3. Hosted in VM environment.
